Clinical Boss Funnels (CB Funnels) TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING CLINICAL BOSS FUNNELS.

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern the access and use of the Clinical Boss Funnels software platform and associated products and services (collectively, "Clinical Boss Funnels", "CB Funnels", "Platform", "Services"). Clinical Boss Funnels is operated by The ABA Collective, LLC ("Clinical Boss Funnels", "CB Funnels", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using Clinical Boss Funnels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other related agreements. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Clinical Boss Funnels.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use CB Funnels. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

a. Account Holders
To access CB Funnels, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

b. Team Members
As an Account Holder, you may add authorized Team Members under your account. You are responsible for their activity and ensuring they comply with these Terms.

c. Security
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

3. PRICING PLANS, TRIALS, & BILLING

a. Subscription Plans
Our services are available through monthly or annual subscriptions. Pricing and plan details are listed on our official website. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time with prior notice.

b. Free Trials
From time to time, we may offer limited-time free or paid trials. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin at the standard rate.

c. Paused Plans
You may be offered the ability to pause your subscription, which will restrict access to your account during the paused period. Terms and limitations will apply.

4. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

a. Payments
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

b. Cancellations
You may cancel your plan anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

c. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated payments unless required by law.

5. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a. Ownership
All CB Funnels content, templates, and platform tools are owned by The ABA Collective, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

b. User License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use CB Funnels for your business use only.

c. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, or resell any part of CB Funnels without our express written permission.

d. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload ("Account Holder Content"), but grant us the rights to store, use, and access it as needed to provide the Services.

6. CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES

By using CB Funnels, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Engage in unauthorized sharing or reselling of CB Funnels resources.

Host clients under your account (one business per account).

Transmit malware, spam, or engage in fraud.

Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

Harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person or group.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CB Funnels at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the Platform or others.

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & DATA

You are responsible for ensuring your use of CB Funnels complies with all applicable privacy, marketing, data protection, and consumer laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.

9. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CB Funnels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CB Funnels after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
